PCM Associates was formed on St Valentine’s Day, 1997, its aim was to provide training programmes to both individuals and companies which made a real difference. We provide a range of programmes and qualifications which are regulated by the Institute of Leadership and Management up to level 5 Diploma. These include Leadership and Management, Teambuilding and Effective Team Member Skills; hundreds of people have successfully completed these programmes.
In addition we provide over 30 one and two day programmes which companies can avail of to develop both individuals and departments. The most popular of these currently is a “Strategy Development Programme” for departments and whole organisations to produce Action Plans for setting future targets to maximise business efficiency. Please note that organisations may choose from a number of different programmes and combine topics.
Our interview skills development course covers traditional and competency based programmes which also covers Presentation Skills training and Curriculum Vitae. Our success rate in clients getting jobs in their chosen career is outstanding. This training can be delivered through Zoom or Microsoft Teams at times which are suitable to the client.
